Diet will be vegetarian
No smoking or alcohol during the retreat
Bedtime 10pm. Morning wake up 6am
No strenuous exercise

While outdoor activities are not included, they maybe organised to nearby locations such a paddy walk, waterfall, temple, Ubud market etc at a small additional charge
